The Versa-Trode disposable EKG electrodes are the ideal choice for all adult Cardiac monitoring and diagnostic applications. Each Versa-Trode is designed to work in all procedures: Stress test, Long term Monitoring , Short term Monitoring or Resting EKG. Versa-Trode Solid Gel series has a specially formulated solid gel that improves the adhesion and ease of application while reducing the need for clean-up. Tips for effective use:
For best results, it is recommended that your electrodes are replaced after the conductive gel starts to wear down. This occurs after 10 to 15 uses per pad, depending on the length of the use. Electrode life-span and effectiveness can be enhanced by rubbing a small drop of water on the pad after use. Always keep your pads in the air tight package directly after use.
A self adhesive reusable, disposable electrode with a pig tail pin connector. They are available with and carbon and blue cloth backing. Oval corners help minimize edge curl. These electrodes deliver great dispersion, durability and value for the price. The user should enjoy 10-15 uses per pad or more, when resealed in the airtight pouch.
We carry the most commonly used 2”x 2” pads in stock for both EMS and TENS uses.

Care of Self Adhesive Electrodes:
Clean skin with alcohol before applying electrodes to the skin
Reapply electrodes to the plastic film backing provided after every us
Replace electrodes in the re-sealable pouch between uses to extend the life of the pads
Periodically rehydrate the electrodes by, “Misting” with a squeeze bottle or rubbing a small amount of water on the gel surface. Be VERY careful not to use too much water as it will over hydrate the gel and decrease performance
Electrodes should average 15 uses per electrode when cared for as described
Use a moist heating pad before or after an electrotherapy session to get deep tissue relief from stress and tension.
