These occluders are available in a range of lumen sizes from 6mm to 16mm, and in two cuff widths, 11mm & 14mm. Artificial Urethral Sphincter Occluders are recommended for use in conjunction with an SQ port for precutaneously controlled, incremental hydraulic occlusion of the occluder over time. We recommend using normal Saline, hypertonic Saline, Dextrose solution, Sodium Hyaluronate or other biocompatible liquids with sufficient density to achieve the desired degree of occlusion.

Each Kit is pre-sterilized and contains the following items:

One Artificial Urethral Sphincter, any size

One Le Grande Access Port, either size with blue boot to fit the AUS catheter.

Two Huber Point Needles, 22gauge x .75”packaged individually

One Huber Point Needle right angle infusion set, 22gauge

For ordering purposes, please refer to these kits as AUS-Kit and state the lumen and cuff size you desire, e.g. AUS-Kit-8x14. All AUS-Kits will ship with the Le Grande CP-4 port, unless specified otherwise, e.g. CP-6/small canine or feline or CP-2/Large Canine. The price of each Kit is $300, FOB DocXS Biomedical Products, Ukiah, CA

All items will continue to be offered individually, as in the past, including the ports (any of three sizes, CP-2, 4, or 6), Huber Point Needles and Huber Point Needle Infusion sets. All items come to you sterile. The reusable Back flush/fill catheter is offered separately, pre-sterilized for $27.00

Standard Lumen Sizes are available from 6mm - 12mm, and a cuff width of 7mm. Smaller or larger shunt occluders are available by request, at no additional cost. Shunt Occluders are recommended for use in conjunction with an SQ port for precutaneously controlled, incremental hydraulic occlusion of the shunt over time using normal saline, hypertonic saline, Dextrose solution, Sodium Hyaluronate or other biocompatible liquids with sufficient density.
